The Commercial Department is the first step in every project. This department detects the needs of our clients and provides tailor-made solutions that improve their production processes, timing, and profitability.
The bridge between the client and our internal teams are the Project Managers. They manage, plan, and supervise each project, ensuring timelines, quality, and clear communication at all times.
The Technical Office is the engine of innovation at iclotet. Our team of experts in mechanical design, electrical, and programming researches, develops, designs products, creates electrical schematics, software programming, and more to offer solutions that meet all expectations.
From manufacturing to final assembly, our Operations Department coordinates every detail, from purchasing, manufacturing, assembly, and testing, under the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
Each machine undergoes rigorous FAT tests to ensure its proper functioning before shipment.
Our commitment to clients does not end with project delivery. We have a technical and after-sales service 24/7 to ensure that any incident is resolved quickly and with the highest efficiency.
