Main responsibilities

• Manage the complete cycle of the project: planning, coordination and follow-up.
• Review and consolidate the technical definition (requirements, layouts, SOW, SDS).
• Control the planning of the project, taking control of this coordinating the activities with the different departments.
• Supervise the review and delivery of technical documentation (datasheets, plans, product description).
• Prepare the project for kick off with engineering, production, commissioning.
• Prepare and coordinate FAT and SAT with the client.
• Ensure the correct communication of deviations, risks and scope changes.
• Be the project’s technical interlocutor during assembly, commissioning and ramp-up.
• Coordinate purchases, production and suppliers related to the project, supervising the correct execution of said phase.
• Represent iclotet in front of the client with professionalism and orientation to solutions.

Requirements

• Industrial Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics or similar. (Required)

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years managing projects in an industrial or machinery environment. (Required)
• Management of technical documentation (plans, datasheets, layouts, specifications). (Required)
• Coordination with clients and suppliers. (Required)

Technical knowledge

• Industrial communication systems (AS-i, Profinet, Ethernet/IP, and others). (Valuable)
• MS Project or other planning tools. (Valuable)

Languages

• Fluent English, spoken and written. (Required)
