Description and operation
Manufacturing and supply of a stacking system for fruit pallet boxes after leaving a washing machine.
The operation of the installation would be the following:
- The pallet boxes come out one by one from the pallet box washer upside down.
- The stacking robot grabs them and turns them.
- Wait a few moments (to be defined and with the possibility of modifying it by the client) for all the water that may have accumulated in the bin to drain.
- Stack the pallet boxes in stacks of 4 pallet boxes or 3 pallet boxes + 1 pallet box turned 90º and inserted inside the third pallet box + 1 pallet box face down.
The installation includes safety, CE documentation and operating manuals.

The facility would have a production capacity of 120 pallet boxes/hour and could accommodate different types of pallet boxes, but all the pallet boxes would have to be the same to make a complete stack.

Previously, the client used a forklift and waited for the pallet boxes to come out of the washing machine before stacking them, which involved the difficulty and risks of placing one pallet box inside another with a forklift.
